Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the VocalStream website at vocalstreamai.com and, where you become a customer, the VocalStream service. By using the site or the service you agree to them.
1. What VocalStream is
VocalStream provides an AI-powered phone answering service. It answers calls a business would otherwise miss, responds to caller questions, books appointments into the business's calendar, and sends the business a summary of each call. Exact features, pricing and scope are set out in the separate written agreement or order form we sign with each customer; if anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls.
2. Applying is not a contract
Submitting the application form on this site does not create a customer relationship and does not guarantee we will provide the service. We review applications and may decline any of them.
3. Your responsibilities as a customer
- Give us accurate information about your business, services, pricing and availability, and keep it up to date — the AI answers callers using what you provide.
- Hold the necessary rights to any phone number, calendar or account you connect.
- Tell your own callers, where your local law requires it, that calls to your business may be answered by an automated service and summarised or recorded.
- Use the service lawfully, and not for unsolicited marketing calls, harassment, or anything prohibited by telecommunications law.
4. Bookings and payments taken by the AI
VocalStream does not collect payment from your callers over the phone. Appointments the AI books are made using the availability and rules you configure. You remain responsible for honouring, rescheduling or cancelling appointments, and for collecting payment from your customers.
5. Fees
Fees, billing frequency and any minimum term are as stated in your written agreement with us. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable for the period already served.
6. Availability and accuracy
We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the service depends on third parties such as telephone carriers, calendar providers and AI vendors. An AI system can misunderstand a caller or make a mistake. You should review the summaries we send and confirm anything important.
7. No warranty
The website and the service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VocalStream will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data, arising out of or relating to the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Cancellation
Either party may end the service as described in your written agreement. We may suspend or end the service immediately if it is used unlawfully or in breach of these terms, or if fees go unpaid.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the courts located in Clark County, Nevada will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@vocalstreamai.com.
